Winrock International-Philippine Cold Chain Project inks Memorandum of Agreement with the Local Government Units of Talacogon, Agusan del Sur, Cagwait and Marihatag in Surigao del Sur, and Buenavista, Agusan del Norte in the implementation of “Improving Meat Establishments For Hygienic Meat Production in Caraga Region.
